On 15-Jun-2021 21,221,429 shares were issued to DMH as commencement fee shares.

See resolution 4 general meeting.
Work out the price.
It was to be based on a 20 day vwap

A cleansing notice was issued to cleanse those shares issued on 15-Jul-2021

The cleansing notice removed any trading restrictions that may have been imposed on those shares.


Are those shares being sold or have been sold?

They are not subject to the same price conditions as any CR shares.

((The arbitrary value of 34c is normally to stop very short term dumping and is not relevant to the above mentioned commencement fee shares.))



Also…. Anyone who thinks that DMH are after the company, ie. A reverse takeover should read the explanatory notes of res 3, 4 & 5
