    You've completely missed my point regarding contacting the company.

    'call the company' is not an acceptable way for the company to be providing information to shareholders.

    This is a waste of company time, it's not recorded, regulated or approved.

    There are a few on here that constantly advise others to call 1800 Craig for an update, rather than expect the company to deliver a written update.

    Its a ridiculous way of doing business.
