it is too early to tell...just 3 weeks out from the nsw election...dont you think it will take a couple of months for figures to come out... those figures will have to come from abs or property researchers... the media will not want to report any change...from their current obsession... lets see what ramifications the may budget has for voters.. although it will mean little....I expect the current govnut to get booted before anything is implemented...
