yes it clearly shows the big differences in housing between each state....nsw and qld etc in the doldrums, ... its not the same in all states...
its a very different view from the theme here on hc... labor shortages etc, wages rising...
I have seen plenty of positions vacant for RE sales people...must be all those 50-60% drops in prices they are expecting...they will need staff to cope with it... the opposite to what has been stated here about those staff being laid off.. or maybe there is a built up demand from upgraders...or all those sales between the 300-400 mark...to investors etc.. I note 'get up' stopped their fhb boycott ....not enough interest, but they are a labor govt support group...probably went against the labor view
