not at this moment I have my hands full...but buying more is part of my long term strategy for retirement...
and its all about the specific location...
and in regional areas so far...
am looking at the outskirts of Melb within the next year or so..near the tollways...and quick access to the city
I think they are cheap out there atm for new homes...
