Until pos gets power they are stuffed. No effort to put in genies or gas fired so no power. 12mths until western power so delay until August 24
as the ni price drop worked out for pos is better than if we had committed. So being pre FID is as good as we could expect. No debt no offtake so relatively speaking better off than pan.
