In my humble opinion on casflow
dees byz appear to have only approx $70m MC (IMHO) to deal with and a FA (leicester city) chance of doing another CR.
Shutting down the mine costs a lot - yeah u can't just leave several holes in the ground.
Dees byz appear to have abt $6m in cash. Dis is abt 1.5 (or less) a Sydney House.
In the meantime , perhaps (IMHO) there is a big drawdown for redundancy, cancelled contracts.
I'd appreciate if POS mngmnt wld declare going concern position now, or on a weekly basis, or else LTSH face a claim against POS board.
