Whats judge and jury got to do with it? Media outlets are being held accountable for what they show, it's as simple as that. Fox News is being sued for billions after the fake news of the election. The NSW supreme court recently made a ruling that social media outlets are deemed to be the publisher of comments made by it's users, thats huge! So if Ch9 deem an add is untrue or misleads people to a degree of being dangerous then they have every right to not run it. Thats just good business sense and protecting share holders.
