The TGA has reported Kelly and his spamming pals to the Commonwealth (DPP or Crown Solicitor) to assess the copyright breach and potential breaches of the Criminal Code.
The spam mislead people because it omitted key report parts to produce a false conclusions and false impressions with the TGA logo attached.
If there was any truth to the UAP claims they would not have to stoop to manufacturing misinformation through redaction and cherry picking.
