Well Noble & Orchard Capital clearly not worried about that. A stock that has been in a nose dive run by people who don't have enough skin in the game & like fat salaries is better for the company than this guy backed by serious experienced institutions ? I want can do managements in co.s I buy, come in take some constructive action & get some competitive tension, not let it be taken out on lows. This company is in production of coking coal, not compost from Indonesia, premium Coking on the borders of China.

Money where my mouth is, am giving this corporate action benefit of the doubt, plus looking @ Arch/Peabody etc all had decent rally from lows so looking for some bottom in coal space, why not chase where their is a known bid on as well.
