I would assume it is USD, as the US$167 redemption value is what was disclosed in the 2021 annual report.
He did indicate that they have paid the Interest since June 2021, but didn't say how much. But the good news is that if coal price continues, they expect to pay US$110m off the debt by 30 June 2022 - ~US$16m a month. Which is impressive.
