craig thompson spends $2475?

It will be interesting to see how Gillard and Co defend their colleague Craig Thompson in Parliament next week.

Evidence tabled on Paul Murray's TV show, included Thompson's signed credit card form as payment for brothel services, a copy of his driving licence provided when tendering the card as payment, calls to the brothel's number from his phone and a copy of his bank statement, listing an amount of $2475 paid to a brothel.

This amount was paid to a brothel when he was a union official. Apparently this was not the only time this occured. But he says that someone else (unnamed) did this and used his card, driving licence and phone???

Then why did he ok the payment?
