Craig Thomson was just on SKynews Agenda programme. He claims that:

1. The FWA investigation was flawed and therefore he is innocent of all charges.

2. The NSW police have dropped 2 investigations into the HSU and himself. (I am not sure if this is true.)

3. The Federal DPP could not proceed with charges against him.

Apparently Victorian police are still investigating various matters but he seemed confident that they would not find anything to charge him with.
