He's received about $90,000 dollars from the NSW ALP and he didn't update the parliamentary register within 28 days as required.
This stinks.
Gillard and Co. will be running around like headless chooks now that this is blown open.
He had to drop the defamation case because the allegations were obviously true - which is the best defence.
