Total Bovine Excrement. I previously provided a analysis of commonwealth budget surpluses from 1972 to present day and the libs only produced one more budget surplus than the ALP.
Its not that hard to produce a surplus ie you either sell assets and book it as revenue and/or cut expenditure. The business of government is spend money, not horde it.
No point complaining about current debt cuz that was a function of the GFC pure n simple.... imagine what it will be like with GFC 2 and Abbott/Hockey in power... I'd imagine cockroaches will inherit the nuke wasteland that is Oz...
