I bet he wants to hide...slink away... the furphy that he could get a loan...that his house had increased by 100k's...simply by putting in an application development...with no work done....is the funiest thing I have ever heard...
that idea only works on subdivisions, or changes to the use of the land....it does not work on a renovation to a house, you have to actually spend the money...complete the renovation, before the value is increased...
