FWA is a travesty.

It is an insult to all Australians who believe in the rule of law. It undermines generations who built faith in the independence of the legal system.

It has been clothed in the trappings of a legal institution but is staffed by union thugs who are appointed on political grounds. It exploits the priveledges we have given an independent judiciary while being a political plaything.

The Craig Thompson affair is well beyond a joke. The facts are clear. His union credit card was used to pay for prostitution, the NSW police found the signature provided to the brothel was not forged. His credit card was not provided to him for this purpose.

The investigation has now gone on longer than most Royal Commissions.

This farce does no credit to many Labor supporters who are well intentioned law biding citizens. It brings their party into disrepute. They would not do what he has done.
