    Seems like cnx's reasons for going up are pretty much the same as its reasons for going down (At least in the resent times). Market sentiment. Nothing to do with charts or company announcements. If it reaches the 60's it will be because the market has stayed positive long enough for it to get there (A positive ann will simply get it there faster).
