    I get cramps regularly. One application of Elmore Oil massaged into the affected area stops the cramp within 10 minutes for me.
    Elmore Oil is available from Chemists. An Australian Product. Used to apply Voltaren ointment, but Elmore Oil is better, faster and longer lasting.
