MF, I suppose you are happy with a cheap PPOR out n the middle of nowere and a larger % of your assets in shares.
Most of us want to be closer to the action and our PPOR could be $400-%500-$600 or more but is a very valuable asset in the mix of our assets.
I don't know any home owners that ar not happy that they are home owners, even if that is this major asset
