If you do that, they will just shift production to a different country. We don't have a monopoly on iron ore, we just have decent grades and infrastructure, but in the long run the trillions in profits you project will be eroded by higher productiin costs as grades drop and additional infrastructure investment is required.
It mmakes me sick the way socialists salivate over taking hard earned returns of private companies. Do you not understand that a mining royalty like all taxes are an inefficient redistribution of income!!!
