Hi spunkyblonde. I have no sexual illusions about you nor will make any sexual allusions. You raise the issue of XAO and yes, I will agree with you that it looks to be at an interesting point.

The 50 day moving average of the XAO has in the past couple of days broken down below the 200 day moving average. This sets a technical ceiling for the XAO. That, coupled with a nasty looking rounding top does not promote confidence.

Interestingly, last night the same thing happened with the DOW index.

Both indices are now in full bearish mode.
