My understanding is that it is easier, quicker and cheaper for them to do it this way. The discount wasnt huge and the price barely budged which is refreshing. I think their decision is probably a good one for all shareholders even those like myself who werent offered any of the new shares.
I like the NXT story. Bought in post float but think this one will do well. Best of luck to holders.
