There is no pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for gulf shareholders and the long anticipated dso was still being discussed in 2015 when Michael kiernan was in charge . That was three years ago. Whilst the six million receipt of funds will be useful and allow the company to move towards production it's not a kings ransom and much of this hype has already been factored into the share price at 1.5 . Hopefully the funding does come through this time but it's not a certainty at this stage. Arrival of smelters could provide some additional stability in the share price but is unlikely to result in a significant re rate as these developments have already been largely factored in.
