It could have an upcoming drill with a lot of hype potential. Not much matters beyond that.
>why do you believe it will deliver?
All it needs to deliver is a drill. So currently it's a small bet that the extension is formalized, which it should be, and then a wait for farm out. Given the potential of the area these aren't large hurdles to overcome and therefore easy to believe (whilst acknowledging there is always some level of risk)
>how long have you been backing the company and any downsides you come across ? eg. time, communication, trust. all that would be greatly appreciated for your time
In and out before over 10-15 years ago when it was messing around in the Canning and around Mbawa. Not aware of any unique issues that aren't shared by half the other oilers on the ASX.
