Sought a two year extension in the PEL 37 licence from the Ministry of Mines and Energy in Namibia.
Placed shares for further dilution $1,037,507
Lost a director from the board
PEL 87 - The joint venture worked on evaluation of available data, in addition to continuing exploration work to satisfy licence commitment requirements.
The AGM presentation touches on some local works, but relies on old data from 2019 & before...
The only difference in very recent times is they've been riding and re-announcing the hype based on nearology of the other 2 wells.
No direct value adding in 3-4 months.
