I am interested to understand how IMX "previously ran the Company dry in an attempt to bring UNX back in house"?
I don't believe IMX every wished to bring it back in house, didn't they try and offload its stock in UNX to its own shareholders just recently?
IMX's involvement in the change to the Board was no doubt a result of their frustration at the previous Board and the lack of results since they originally spun UNX out on its own.
