what was the SP pre bid.. what had management actually accomplished over the last 18 months. The fact that they walked away from a 3 way tie up in the first place serves them right.

There wont be a better offer.. mgx is already paying above the odds. AND has 31% of the company.

It wil be very interesting to see just how few of the directors and management knock back job offers from the new mgs/azr, particulalrly with cambrian waiting in the wings to roll more iron ore hopefuls into this bundle before it takes them all out.

what was the sp pre TO?? Crash?.. back to what? pre bid levels??
