Agree Matt ..much better to spend your time on more active pursuits , for if you feel its going to " crash " ..you talking about it wont change anything .
I also have given up on hotcopper property for vastly different reasons ... I have better things to do than argue over b/s , and this particular forum has become a totally useless exchange of " views " which involves many who have NO interst in property ..( personally , Id be putting my time elsewhere making money ) ..
But your post reminds me ..who was that guy/ girl ..who set the definite " deadline " for certain ..collapse ..Written as a statement of fact ..lol

This type of Rubbish ..serves no real purpose , and once again just adds to the decline of the property forum , which will struggle to hold any relevance , and will be unlikely to continue .
