Hi ridin what is your projected investment timeframe when you buy property? Are you looking for a particular event to sell? I only ask as personally I don't see the point of valuing the properties each year as at the end of the day the actual value of the property is only really relevant when you intend to sell or leverage against. It just seems like an unnecessary cost for little or no gain - be interested to here your thoughts though.
