    In Perth it's 7.5% nominal (~10.5% real). Is that enough to count as the start of a crash?

    I love it, 2 years ago the mantra is "always goes up" then a year ago it is "stabilise for a while" , now it is dismissing the falls.

    This is mimicking the US so well, just with a delay to the process. Fun to watch.
