should be an entertaining week coming up.
i currently hold shorts of course. that 40 odd billion prop by the FED worries me, as does that 90 billion expected loss in financials. they are both extremely huge amounts of money, even in today's market.
question though, if the FED released 41 billion in liquidity - where do they put those funds, if in the stock market, who executes the trades, whose stock does the stock become?? have always wondered that. Its all well and good to inject liquidity into the market, but how is that done - who ends up with the stock?
