Property crash, oh its coming the first time round government did all they could to prop it up. First home grants, stamp duty exceptions, super funds to borrow and buy and they dropping interest rates to all time lows and telling us more drops are on the way. Allowing overseas investors in as they please. Capital gains tax at 25%, negative gearing deprciation etc etc etc.
They could'nt have done more if they tried, actually were stupid not have attended the party of a life time BUT ITS COMING TO AN END and all those rushing to get in now will wish they had never even touched property
