I love the market as it is. Its not for everyone.

Just want to say also.... its been discussed that property in these WA mining towns is coming off (personally have no idea don't care) that just means to me people are returning to there places of origin- supply goes up in WA demand goes up elsewhere. Pretty simple. Plus investing in mining towns is and always has been associated with risk. Lets not compare apple with oranges.
