about the property prices in perth, for several years we have had the expensive houses not selling or reducing in price while the lower end of the market coming up towards the median, ive stated before i'll wait to see what happens when the lowest priced houses get close to meeting the median, i wanna see what happens, do we get a tipping point or is it going to be the next bull run? there's no doubt about these cheaper suburbs rising and good gains to be made, its pain to see, i won't buy because i don't want to raise a family in one of these area's.
There may well not be a crash but i dont see huge growth either, another 3 or 4 years of sideways action imo. There's just to much negative economic data coming through in WA atm. Plenty of time for me to grow.
I won't go into my business anymore here as its a property forum
