The Goldie has always been a bit boom and bust compared to Melb/Syd markets I think .

Just wondering , have you been following the Gold Coast market for a long time ? I reckon it might be a good barometer for the rest of Australia . Some people have made a ton of money out of the GC but it's definitely all about the timing there imo .
