As I metioned before , I am appalled at your lack of comprehension of the economic facts. Rates down = property prices up as has happened in every cycle. Rates are down because the economy , not property , is down. RBA has given all the indicators that they are dropping rates , not because the general economy is pumping , quite the opposite. Quite unbelievable.
