my theory -

i reckon its fizzler...they got a slab of shares @ 27c and now they want more - sell it down as low as it can go and then nab all you can...at a bargain. (the ann specified the next $5m is in the equity of PSD) but not at what price and on what conditions

afterall the deal is worth $200 MILLION BUCKS to psd

what would you do to ensure you got a piece of the pie - especially when your in a position to make or break the deal.

anyway, i got to hold im beyond my stop loss. lol...
