Pezz - at what price would you be dissatisfied with the performance of the board, 15c, 10c, 5c? Considering most shareholders would have expected the sp to head north after the deal with Pfizer surely the board should have raised concerns with the ASX in respect to the sp being traded down to 52 week low.

Maybe in the interest current shareholders the stock should be suspended for a couple of months.
