This is the only gripe i have with this co, they do so very frequently
and just as the Sp shows some improvement they issue at nil and it goes
back down again. I believe these last few days they have taken the
opportunity with the overall markets falling to do so repeatedly
and thus disguising the distressing of the sp even more.
On the other hand when it does reach poor levels the Directors
start buying and this sort of restores some temporary balance.

(unless of course the dates of issuing are predetermined which then
would mean that they have nothing to do with Sp ups or downs
or markets -yet i have noticed that they - @ nil - follow some days
of highs ---- anyone can shed some light as to when / how it is decided
when to issue those @ nil consideration?)
