Yes, issuing shares to employees is the only ...'evil' i am aware of
and only frustrates me when they do so at times ...inconvenient ...to me! lol! :)

Seriously though, they have been issuing so frequently that it becomes
fairly noticeable, and @ nil it affects the sp. Other companies do so as well
but they issue at some price even if much lower than the current sp
and not as frequently as to ...exasperate me, lol again!

At below four i must admit even i considered if it might be time
to start averaging, but looking at the chart as a history, not as a predictive tool,
-will thank Katana for that aspect!- i could see the potential of returning
pretty close to where it started from, so i hesitated and preferred to wait
and see for the moment, until i have some clearer indication.

I expect you are right that the attractive, so far, divs will drive sp up
as we get closer to February, provided indications of reports and / or divs
will be /remain positive etc.

Anyway, good luck with your under fours and any subsequent buys,
since you have bought for LT you may feel good about them in a few months time.
