The eyes with the bright yellow and red is a particularly nice piece, NoBo!
It was one of the first I was shown and I may not know art but I liked it and thought it had a bit of a Jackson feel about it (J of the Pollock variety).
I like the bright pieces and that beauty with the skulls, floating lands of serenity/sanctuary (?) that surprised those types who thought mainland Europe was wogsville (Wog- Originally interpretation was Wiley Oriental Gentleman).
The Mother in law had a bit of a Pollock phase, that’s the reason why I have some knowledge of him (not to mention Blue Poles).
He always left a small bit of canvas untouched by the stroke of his brush.
Just like me, he wanted to leave something obvious for the knockers to focus on (that’s only my interpretation).
