I agree, there are some good ideas and yes putting industry under pressure pushes it to innovate.
Inventors will still invent, good inventions will still get the money needed thrown at them because businesses love an opportunity to make $’s but there has to be a balance.
If the cure kills the patient before the disease does, is that a win for the doctor?
