This is a thinly traded stock. Yesterday 30k sold for $50k. In market terms this is trivia money. Without a healthy number of buyers and sellers stocks like PVE are going fluctuate daily and intra-daily. I can't see any sign of mal-trading here. People are waiting for production to start. Once it does, PVE wil prove to the market what its worth, volumes will increase and your 'concerns' will disappear.
