Hi yes shareholders have to be on the books by the 3rd November but buying the shares after the 28th will not get you the entitlement Option holders have to have exersized their options by the 28th October to enable them to be on the books as share holders by the 3rd November Interesting times for this stock Towie DYOR Cheers
