I've created this thread so we don't clog up STT.
Yes I use standard values for the fork extensions but I've seen FIB values used as well. Never looked into the FIB ones as the standard ones work well enough for me. I take them out to as far as the software allows if required. Just change the values in PRT to 300, 400, 500% or whatever. Any other questions, let me know.
