    "1.5 per cent levy on taxable incomes over $5 million of the 3000 largest Australian companies"

    This affects any investor in any company with income over 5 million.

    Hotcopper is an investor site with the aim of: "Protecting Shareholders Rights"

    Therefore this should be a major issue for all here.
