1bacchus, i guess a lot depends on how it fits in with your overall portfolio plan/strategy....and how sound that plan is to start with.
if increasing your CVI by 50% means you have all your eggs in one basket, then i'd say: "yeah, you one crazy dude"
similarly if CVI now exceeds what you planned to distribute amongst spec stocks.
but if CVI still fits into your PRE-defined parameters, then it may well be a smart move...they seem to be one of the better spec stocks around...especially if you believe all that is just around the corner.
have you got an exit strategy or are you in for the long term until all that is promised is delivered? ;-)
