As to who, about all we can say is that no one has accumulated 5%, nor have the major holders changed their holdings. That would have required an announcement.. Considering the volumes traded in the last few weeks, this indicates a wide spread of buyers and sellers. As to why, perhaps they have read the announcement and done a bit of research. The large changes in price at these distressed levels attracts certain traders. That is all I can offer.
