Why wouldn't you simply wait for the transaction to be approved and then pick up shares at .002 cents in the rights issue?
I am looking forward to hearing how management came up with a figure of 5.5 million to purchase the licence. From what I have read this treatment hasn't had success in deep tissue tumors mentioned above.
The announcement said the trial will be targeting prostate cancer only.
